This policy explains what information IPTV Ontario collects when you visit this website or subscribe to our service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We ask for as little as possible and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Information we collect
Placing an order or reaching support means we gather the information you provide: your name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, selected plan, and — for MAG and comparable devices — the MAC address needed for activation. While you navigate the site, our hosting service logs routine technical information including your IP address, browser version and visited pages.
Third-party payment processors handle all transactions. We receive confirmation of successful payments and transaction references only. Your complete card number is never visible or saved by us.
Why we use it
- To activate, renew and support your subscription.
- To answer your messages and provide installation help.
- To detect abuse, credential sharing and fraudulent orders.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- With your permission, to deliver occasional updates or promotional messages — you can opt out anytime with a single reply.
Who we share it with
Data is shared exclusively with partners essential to service delivery: payment handlers, hosting and server operators, and communication platforms we use for contact. Each gets only the minimum required for their function. We also release information when legally obligated.
How long we keep it
Purchase and billing documentation is retained as long as financial regulations mandate. Support exchanges remain on file throughout your active subscription and a reasonable window afterward in case you come back. Technical logs are held briefly before deletion.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we store about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion once legal or contractual obligations no longer apply. Marketing consent can be withdrawn anytime. Contact siptview@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Customer record access is restricted to support personnel only, and all site data transfers are encrypted. No system is foolproof: never share your password with anyone requesting it outside our verified WhatsApp number or email address.
Children
Our service is marketed to adults. We don't intentionally gather data from minors — refer to our children's statement for parental controls and family viewing.
